"Thanks for all help, suggestions and fast follow up, even when we had some challenges the night before we left Amsterdam due to flight changes the next day from Johannesburg to Windhoek.

Great you were thinking along how to beat that challenge and giving alternatives for accommodation if we could not make it to our first stop. Thanks Tracy!

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Inform your guests esp if they are used to safaris in other countries than Botswana, eg South Africa that the experience can be different. Im not talking about the game viewing which is obvious off course but the experience in the lodges. "The trip was excellent, we covered 3000 + km's in 20+ days, driving was fun, less going from Windhoek to Walvis Bay via dirt roads.

"It was great to get out of our rental car (Toyota Corolla) we drove 5000 KM from Cape Town via Namibia) and let someone else take care of us. Generally very satisfied with some minor hiccups. Was very glad Expert Africa organized this as we were worn out from planning out trip.from So Africa to Maun. Tracy did a terrific job of taking care of us in a very short time. she listened to our concerns and needs an put together a an excellent package that included getting to the airport in Livingston. I would recommend her to friends.

Since we did this last minute we never received the literature before we left. We saw it on return and would have been helpful.. We made an inquiry to EA even though we were working with someone else. The previous company was not listening to what we wanted and generally fell on their face so we switched to EA and are glad we did, they are pros. "We cannot thank Expert Africa enough for helping make this trip a wonderful success. From the beginning this was the only internet site we could find that provided detailed information about each camp, including cost. We tried using a travel agent but they would not book the camps we wanted because they had relationships with specific operators. Though we felt a bit nervous about sending money to an internet operator, we forged ahead and were well rewarded. "A smooth and enjoyable trip. Things happened when they should. Both camps were wonderful - Kanana a special favourite. Mack Air was great.

A small glitch in our understanding of the Wifi service available at Machaba that was resolved by the camp manager. More about that in our review.

Thank you Maruska for ensuring all went well. We have many happy memories of our Okavango Deilta adventure.

"We had a fantastic holiday in Namibia, Victoria Falls and Botswana. It took alot of planning with the help of Megan but it ended up being even better than we thought it would be.

We had lots of variety but I think we would say the private mobile safari was our favourite thing. When we started our holiday we thought a month away was a long holiday but we didn't once feel it was too long, probably just right really. We saw such amazing things. Megan was great when we had some money stolen out of the safe in one of the lodges, fortunately we didn't need to take her up on her offer to get cash to us.

"A very special trip with memories that will last for a very long time. Most of the specific comments are in the individual review sections so it is only worth adding that overall the variety of the two camps was very important and the order that we did them was great. At Sable Alley we were very comfortable and loved the setting, staff and the huge quantity and variety of wildlife. Little Vumbura offered a different setting with a different experience."
