I think that it might be a good idea to break the journey on the way out. It might be a little more expensive but it would mean that you would arrive at the destination fresh and ready to go.

Seriously! Our itinerary was a bit hectic and a million things could have gone wrong and didn't.

Nope, just keep doing what you are doing.
Oh, maybe ask if customer wants shared or private safari. I didn't think to ask myself as we are always on a private safari so it never came up in my mind.

We have both had experience of safaris and Botswana is a wonderful place with absolutely delightful people well trained staff, but I would not recommend it as a first safari due to long distances and well distributed animals, that is just my view." "Okavango Delta"
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Since we did this last minute we never received the literature before we left. We saw it on return and would have been helpful.. We made an inquiry to EA even though we were working with someone else. The previous company was not listening to what we wanted and generally fell on their face so we switched to EA and are glad we did, they are pros. "Our Okavango Delta Trip Sept 2018"
A small glitch in our understanding of the Wifi service available at Machaba that was resolved by the camp manager. More about that in our review.
