"Having been on a few safaris now we knew roughly what to expect, but Zambia was definitely a surprise hit.

The country, accomodation, wilderness and game viewing was excellent. The South Luangwa NP is good even in off season although on Easter holiday week with limited access some areas of the drives felt busy. It is so nice to see the park when it looks so pretty and the animals so healthy. We were continuously unlucky in missing wild dogs on 3 separate occassions but that is part of the addiction of safaris and why you always go on another one.

"We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, everything worked in a spledid fashion and the experience was magnificent.

Suggestions for improvement:

Not really - we were impressed.

We met a couple who had been with you before, which is why they were travelling with your company again. That must be the best recommendation: repeat business from satisfied customers. I am sure when we can afford it we will be contacting Expert Africa again.

"To be honest, we really don't think Gwynneth could have done a better job. We booked the trip late so there was a lot of fiddling around with dates etc, but everything ended up exactly as we wanted. All of your recommendations for places to stay were spot on.

"Another excellent holiday with Expert Africa. This was our 4th trip to southern Africa with Sunvil/Expert Africa since 1998 and it will not be our last. You get what it says on the box without any flannel; organisation is good and any querries are answered straightforwardly. All we have to do is get on the plane at this end.

Zambia is an excellent destination & the Luangwa Valley with it's expert guiding is superb in all seasons.

"The holiday itinerary you put together for us was exactly what we had asked you for. We got to see a tremendous range of scenery - both urban and rural, both coastal and inland - together with a good taste of the natural flora and fauna. The guesthouses and hotels you selected for us were superb (see below)and the travelling distances sensibly achievable whilst allowing us plenty of time to see and enjoy each area.

Our dealings with Expert Africa were an entirely happy and stress free experience - from Claire's advice throughout the planning of the holiday, to Jill's attention on the ground in South Africa.

We will most definitely be recommending you and hope to be able to travel with you again in the future. Well done - a perfect example of excellent customer service in an industry which at times struggles!!

"We both really enjoyed our road trip around Namibia. Expert Africa were really excellent in organising our itinerary and I felt really secure in the knowledge that all the accommodation was booked up correctly so that when we arrived from a long drive to a lodge or guesthouse everything was in order. It was great to just hand over a voucher and not have to mess around with credit cards or passport details.

We were advised to rent a 4x4 but we took the risk in hiring a 2wd during one of the better rainy seasons that Namibia has experienced.... Things were a bit dodgy in places with relatively deep water to cross and many bits of slippery muddy patches and rocks to navigate around but we did it and that gave us a more adventurous edge to our holiday which lead to some good escape stories when we got back!!

The scenery was spectacular, the animals gorgeous and the vast open spaces a fantastic escape from the hustle and bustle of London. I loved every minute of my holiday and would highly recommend Expert Africa to anyone planning a trip to Namibia.

The pack that was sent out prior to the trip was excellent. The map all marked out with our route and places we were staying at was fantastic. All the added details like copies of brochures and print out of maps was fantastic too. I really felt confident in the hands of Expert Africa and everything went according to plan on a 3 week trip so it was a nice treat for me to put the organising of a holiday in the hands of someone else.
