"Had a wonderful time.

The best part of the stay was our safari. Our safari guide, Banana, was wonderful. We saw so many animals and events with him. He was also informative and informational without overloading too much, and was very sensitive to our individual needs.

"We thought our whole trip to Victoria Falls and Namibia were top notch. Expert Africa did a great job and nothing went even slightly wrong the whole way round. The pre-trip information covered everything we could have asked for and Maruska was excellent!

Namibia is very varied and friendly and easy to drive around by yourselves. Everywhere we stayed were really comfortable and luxurious and the whole tourism industry feels very professional and well run. We have and will continue to recommend both Namibia and Expert Africa to others considering a varied, exciting holiday in Southern Africa.

"Overall we are very happy with our trip. This may well be our only trip to sub-Saharan Africa, but if we plan to go back we will certainly use Expert Africa. "Incomparable experience in an incomparable country. Perhaps Schoemans could work a fraction on their dinner menu - anyone can manage a decent stew, after all.

But if this was my only gripe, I am surely doomed! Whizzing over the country at no more than 150ft in the air one stays in touch with the land, but gleans a unique perspective.

"A huge thank you to Freddie and the team at Expert Africa for recommending the itinerary and then making sure everything worked like clockwork.
Arriving at Lusaka airport at the same time as another flight led to a rather full immigration queue but seeing our name on a board waved at the entrance took away any concerns about finding our way around.
This was our first trip to Africa and our first safari and I am sure that it won't be our last indeed we are already planning a trip next year (in our heads at the moment) but will certainly be coming back to Expert Africa to make it real." "Our expectations of the trip were either met or exceeded, It is a great country to visit still largely unspoilt, and I hope that it remains so. The scenery and the wildlife are stunning. Having seem some of the other modes of visiting the country I think that self drive is best even the sand and gravel roads are an interesting way to get about (including the C35 and D854 !!) and it is good to drive on uncongested roads for a change.

The itinerary was well balanced with a mix of accommodation and locations offering different alternatives. We met a mix of visitors from different countries, and Namibia has it own special feel to it reflecting its history and development, and I think this all adds to the holiday experience.

I would just like to say a big thank you to your ground agents Wildlife Safaris particularly the lady at their airport office who was exceedingly helpful and also to their staff on the emergency line who responded to our call on the 28th Sept.

"Our trip was fantastic. As a our 2nd Botswana safari it outdid our expectations. The camps were great and the food lovely. The wildlife remains superb. It takes a bit longer to find than say the Masai Mara but rewards the effort with really special sightings in a largely pristine natural environment of extreme beauty." "Katavi and Mafia are both fairly off-the-beaten-track, which I loved, although there was quite a lot of travel in between locations. Flight schedules also meant having to spend a day at either end of the trip in Arusha, which was probably not the most efficient use of time, especially for a short holiday.
