"My May 2019 trip"

I visited Zambia and 2 other countries between 31 May 2019 and 12 Jun 2019
"We enjoyed the whole trip very much although the travel days were very long. Transiting in and out of Mozambique was like something out of a Graham Green novel. Dirt roads, run down buildings but very friendly people" Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 6 on a Zambia safari

"Unbeatable Itinerary Even With the Road Trips"

I visited Zimbabwe and 2 other countries between 23 Oct 2018 and 30 Nov 2018
"This was my third African safari adventure and – aside from the fact that I still have not crossed the Aardvark, Pangolin or Pel's Fishing Owl off my "must see" list – the trip exceeded my expectations in many ways. I liked the wide range and variety of camps and the mixture of air and road transfers, even if two of the latter were, to put it mildly, arduous. I don't regret having experienced the long drive from Amalinda to Somalisa or the one from Mkulumadzi to Pumulani, but I wouldn't want to do either of them again.

I'm happy I returned to Zimbabwe and Zambia – two outstanding wildlife countries with exceptionally skilled guides – and I very much enjoyed my introduction to Malawi. The Majete Wildlife Reserve is still in its infancy but holds great promise, and I found Lake Malawi breathtaking to look at and fascinating to explore.

Working with the Expert Africa team – and particularly with Freddie Sutton – to plan my month-long itinerary was great fun and very rewarding. Freddie is experienced, knowledgeable, patient and, above all, flexible. He responded quickly to all of my requests for changes and updates, and he always found an attractive alternative where one was needed. Even when a slight glitch arose during my time away, he immediately resolved it and all went well." Read full review: 38 nights in Africa; 11 on a Zimbabwe safari

"Beautiful Park but rather lacking in animals"

I visited Zambia between 19 Sep 2018 and 1 Oct 2018

"My Sep 2018 trip"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 13 Sep 2018 and 9 Oct 2018
"Amanda who organised this for us was wonderful, and created the trip of a lifetime. All of the difficult things I had asked for were arranged to perfection, and were the highlights of our trip.

Have recommended Expert Africa to all travellers we met en route.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

One minor point. Can you add the date (or vesion number) to the text of each version of the paperwork. This is nomal office practice and avoids confusion with multiple updated documents when printed.

We will certainly come to Expert Africa again, but only on condition that I don't have to fill in 200 different reviews online again!" Read full review: 26 nights in Africa; 13 on a Zambia safari

"Excellent September 18 trip to Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 3 Sep 2018 and 16 Sep 2018
"The trip was very well-planned to suit our interests and our needs. Freddie was very responsive to us and understood what we were looking for and what we were capable of.

This was our second trip organised by Expert Africa and we remain very satisfied. All the camps and airlines were made well aware of mobility issues and everyone responded appropriately and sympathetically.

All 3 camps were comfortable and had excellent food and guiding. Every effort was made to co-ordinate the holiday to minimise waiting time on journeys and maximise time in camps.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable safari.

"Another wonderful trip"

I visited Zambia between 3 Sep 2018 and 20 Sep 2018
"Our 9th time to Zambia and it remains our favorite safari destination.

The camps are all well organised and comfortable and everyone is so friendly.

S Luangwa shows noticeable increase in visitors but game superb and camps becoming more luxurious.

Less walking offered up front and we needed to make it clear that we were repeat visitors who wanted to walk..

Kafue was an experiment in contrast and suited us perfectly. Hope to be back.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Thanks once again.

Expert Africa bookings are well regarded at all camps and we have no intention of booking with anyone else having heard horror stories of other agents" Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 15 on a Zambia safari

"Our August/September Rwanda and Zambia trip"

I visited Zambia and 1 other country between 19 Aug 2018 and 9 Sep 2018
"Terrific.

Rwanda was great to see the gorillas. they were magic.

Zambia, though was marvellous. We have been to places in Namibia, Botswana and Tanzania before and we really enjoyed them. However when/if we return to Africa we will go back to Zambia: Kafue and South Luangwa. The people were terrific overall, and we saw a variety of wildlife and birdlife.

"Kafue National Park"

I visited Zambia between 9 Aug 2018 and 18 Aug 2018
"This trip was my 2nd visit to Zambia and 1st vist to Kafue.

I often travel solo. so camp's friendly atmosphere is a priority. In this sense I think Musekese and Ntemwa are the best camps I've ever stayed in Africa.

I will go back ---probably next year." Read full review: 9 nights in Africa; 8 on a Zambia safari
