Wilderness Busanga Bush Camp is an intimate haven with just four tents, and a main area looking out over the abundance of an enormous floodplain. The room interiors are spacious and comfortable, with private viewing decks for soaking in the sights and sounds of this pristine wilderness.

Delight in birding as rosy-throated longclaws, and grey crowned cranes are usually commonplace sightings on drives.

Float through the channels at the beginning of the season when the floodplains are still filled with water.
Specially-adapted motorboats can be used in very low water levels allowing for excellent birding opportunities and viewing of hippo, lechwe and puku.

The "dining room" is shaded by the canopy of a majestic tree from which an unusual lantern chandelier hangs, romantically illuminating dinner. Evenings often wind up fireside, under the stars, ending a day of adventure and matchless hospitality.

Interpretive game drives in open 4x4 vehicles allow guests to view large numbers of plains game such as puku, red lechwe, buffalo, and wildebeest – even the rare roan antelope. The famed lions of Kafue that patrol this wilderness, cheetah, and wild dog may be seen as well.
