"This was our first time using an agent as we typically like arranging our trips ourselves but we couldn't have managed without the Expert Africa team on this occasion.
We had a wonderful time in Zambia and Malawi and the whole trip fitted together seamlessly.
There was one minor mix up made by the staff in our hotel in Lilongwe which Lucy immediately sorted out with the hotel to get us a partial refund."

"We had a great time during our stay where we had the camp largely to ourselves the whole time.
The perfect introduction for first timers as it is located near the main area of the park, before moving to one of the more remote camps for more private game viewing.
We also visited a local village which is highly recommended and offers a different experience."

"Located in a more remote area of the park we were able to see a greater variety of wildlife as there were hardly any other vehicles around.
Also a relief to finally have reliable wifi which was hard to find even in Livingstone and Lusaka!"

"When we arrived there was a mix up with the room and it turns our we had wrongly been allocated a cheaper room.
Whilst we were refunded the difference this initially spoilt the experience a little.
On our second stay we were given a garden suite which is much nicer and the room we should have been allocated on the first stay."

"Beautiful rooms and location.
Luckily we were allocated the closest room to the restaurant/reception area as soon of the rooms do require going down quite a few steps.
Amazing views and perfect place to relax at the end of a safari."
