"We are fully happy with our trip (eventhough we were not able to see any brown hyena)
If we were to do it again, we would probably hire the car from day 1 and add some time in the Kalaari and fish river canyon

"Very nice upmarket lodge, but it misses somehow a genuine safari feel
Restaurant area not protected from wind and/or cold for breakfast or diner! Movable screens should be installed in winter to protect guests.
Wifi was always faulty and waterhole camera was not visible on room tv screen (for 3 nights)
Sleepers would be nice in the room
All drives in private reserve were very nice (drive in Etosha a bit disapointing as far as game viewing is concerned)
Jason was a very nice guide"
