"Our holiday was wonderful. Each day was filled with two incredible game drives.
We were treated at the airport with a sign making it easy to find our driver. The staff at each of the 3 lodges were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Our guides were knowledgeable and made our days so much fun. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, incredibly beautiful birds, a chameleon and so many more animals. Each day was a fun new experience.
I would highly recommend Expert Africa to help with your safari.
We loved all three lodges, Flat Dogs, Three Rivers and KAFUNTA. 10 out of 10.. would recommend!

"I enjoyed the experience at Three Rivers, but the game drives weren’t great.
Other aspects made up for it; for example, the wildlife in the camp was amazing, the star beds were an outstanding experience, we never saw another safari vehicle and we had a unique experience on the beach of the river with 3 lionesses and a cub at sunset, which made for spectacular pictures.
Two things I didn’t like was the water, it was terrible and coffee/tea was the last thing prepared for breakfast, it should have been the first thing!
The star bed was amazing! Overall the food was good, but it was a set menu. The staff was very good and we enjoyed TJ, the camp manager."

"We only spent one night and wish we had more time there.
It was a nice mid-range camp. Access to the park via the river was nice.
We had excellent game drives, very happy with our guide. The main lodge area was nice."

They did several things very well; they had a varied menu, the food was good (not elaborate or fancy, but good), they had their own well and filtration system making their water out of the tap the best I’ve had at any camp anywhere. Our guide was knowledgeable and very personable; our spotter was the best of the three camps we visited. The staff was outstanding and very welcoming as was Jess, one of the owners. The game drives went longer than other camps I’ve visited in the past, which was nice, that’s why we were there, but made for very little downtime.
We enjoyed seeing the elephants in the camp. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Flatdogs for budget conscious travelers. It was simple, but they did everything well."
