"The entire safari experience was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone who has an interest. The level of service throughout was superb and the access to animal life across a wide range of species was truly impressive. Each camp where we stayed treated us with great respect and delivered a five-star experience in a very rustic setting. It was extremely relaxing to be offline without access to our modern digital world for an extended period. We loved meeting with the other guests, and had many lovely interactions while dining on superb and varied meals - many of which were locally sourced. Bravo!

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service: One small suggestion regarding your trip planning materials - Americans like checklists rather than text. In future, you may want to consider breaking some of these materials down for ease of access.
In the scheme of things this is a very minor point - since we developed our own checklists using your text!"

"The City Lodge was the perfect landing spot after our very long international flight. It is physically connected to the airport through a series of well-marked hallways (that also take local travelers to parking and car rentals.)"

"Our arrival at Chobe Elephant Camp was epic - warm and comforting. Our stay was extremely pleasant throughout and the food was as good as the hospitality. From our very first afternoon there, we saw multitudes of animals starting with elephants, African buffalo, crocodiles, and a large variety of birds. Since the camp is adjacent to a national park, the schedule is a bit more relaxed and we found it to be a wonderful introduction to our week of safari."

"Lagoon Camp was a rock and roll epic! Spencer is a legendary driver and we were fortunate enough to get his truck. We saw leopards, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, a huge herd of African buffalo, and a multitude of antelopes, baboons, and birds. The sights were breathtaking and the pace was extremely fast. The cabin was elegant and spacious - immediately adjacent to the river with hippo sounds all night long. We would go back to Lagoon Camp in a heartbeat."

"Splash Camp was terrific! We saw wild dogs hunting on three separate occasions - and were able to follow them at length each time. One day after lunch, elephants took over the trail and our guide had to bring us around to our cabin for a siesta! The food was great and the staff was pleasant and attentive. The guide and tracker were extremely knowledgeable and found many interesting animals and prints for us. The trip to the stork rookery is not to be missed."
