"We had very very good days at Lynianti tented camp. The landscape is not fantastic, the forest is almost dead but the whole place as a very special charm maybe by it's remotness but certainly by the staff quality and affection that suronds the guests. As one of us said ".. Hapy to feel at home...". Mr. Pilot, the camp manager, is outstanding in all aspects and all of us would like to travel with him again as well as with all the other staff members like Claire, the cook and all the others.
Lots of animals and some lions visiting us at dinner time at the camp made it a very pleasent stay.
Tents deserv some simple and cheap improvements inside that have been transmited to Pilot, and that are necessary when one spends there more than one night."

"Maybe not the best location in Okawango. Very nice landscape, not so many animals as in Lynianti, very nice staff but somehow more stiff and formal. Outstanding member was the moroco padler whose name is Kaykay or just KK, nefew

"Excelent bungalows,very nice staff but specialy our guide Mr. Angulla and camp manager.
Very good well placed and recomendable location.
One minus : the distance between some of the guest bungalows and the central "house". Our distance was 400 meters up and down."

"God place to be in summer.
Good will of hotel manager to change us to another place of the same group of hotels in the water front of Cape Town.
What we wanted was to be in the Water front and not in the Sea Front that by mistake we asked for !
Anyhow the Hotel was in bad conditions due to works that where going on.
Not recomendable for this time of the year."

There was an obvious miscommunication between what these travellers expected and what was booked. Whilst we at Expert Africa always do our best to suggest suitable accommodation to our travellers, occasionally this does not go to plan. This happened in this instance where a sea front property was arranged rather than a property near the Waterfront area. We were pleased that the manager of Camps Bay Retreat was quickly able to arrange an alternative for these travellers to allow them to enjoy the remainder of their holiday near Cape Town Waterfront, as they had hoped to do.
