These boats were smaller than some of the others and had more character. The service and refreshments were excellent too.

We saw many Hippos and a few crocs before a glorious sunset.

"Very similar to Shinde in the rustic nature of the camp and the communal dining, but the staff we probably not as adept at getting everybody to eat together as a group, as one larger group wanted to eat separately."

"The lodge was a step up from that of Shinde and Kanana and our room had a wonderful view over the pool where elephants bathed and played virtually all of the day.

Dining was on your own private table. Food and service were excellent.

The safaris were in a public area, as opposed to the privacy of the concessions in Shinde and Kanana and it seemed that we had to travel much further distances to see the animals."
