"We loved our holiday and honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

"Quirky hotel with great family rooms (over split level), very good service and lovely breakfasts.
Only downside is that the buildings that the rooms are housed in are wooden only so very cold (day and night) and did creak quite a lot.
The hotel staff did bring hot water bottles around at bedtime though which was amazing!"

An amazing experience loved by kids and parents alike.
Guides were very friendly and helpful, equipment all supplied and playfulness of seal pups exceeded all our expectations.

"It’s all about the waterhole at this venue and so no matter how you view the service or even the accommodation, the constant flow of animals just in front of you, makes the place magical and a must visit.
We had a waterhole premium lodge (W32) which was actually really nice though with trees directly in front of our balcony we could only see a small part of the waterhole so preferred to take a bench seat.
Service in restaurant is pretty shocking at times and staff quite blunt. Prices are very high for Namibian standards, choices limited (often just 2 and I would hate to be a veggie). Food tasty though when it finally arrives."

"Far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful central venue and whilst the family tent was a little cramped, it was really well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Service from the team was incredible. Best we’ve had. Kids (10 and 13) thought they were all great too.
We only took one game drive back into Etosha and it was a little disappointing tbh. Probably luck of the draw, but at times felt as if we were there to enable to guide to get photos.
We did our own drives the rest of the time and much preferred that and with far more success."

"Amazing reserve with excellent facilities and game drive and activity opportunities.
We had a view room, which was lovely and provided the perfect end to the holiday when we had our own audience with giraffe, kudo and springbok."

Area is quiet and felt extremely safe to take an evening walk in.
Family room was spacious and comfortable and bathroom good. Breakfast lovely and again, service excellent. Pool was absolutely freezing (we knew it wasn’t heated), but could perhaps do with a pool cover for nights."
