"We could not have been happier with the overall experience from booking through execution of our trip. Tracy Lederer was responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way. And thanks to COVID, she had three years to work with us on making the experience happen.
We stayed in Victoria Falls 3 nights to recover from the long journey and enjoy the Falls and Zambezi River experience. We had a 9-night mobile safari with 1-night stays in lodges before and after. Before to "transition" from Vic Falls area and at end to "transition" from mobile safari to the long journey home. All bookings, transfers, meals, etc were executed as expected with high quality service.
We found Tracy to be very helpful and honest in her guidance with us. The changing requirements due to COVID added more considerations for her and us to balance....and that all went smoothly with her help.
If we book more travel to Africa, we will definitely request to work with Tracy."

"We spent just 1 night at the lodge as it was a transition from visiting Victoria Falls and our mobile safari in Botswana.
We enjoyed the meals and the flexibility on timing them with scheduled activities.
We greatly enjoyed both the river cruise and game drive that were coordinated by the lodge."

"Our mobile safari with Andrew was booked with probably the highest hopes/expectations that we have had prior to any travel or other experience. And all those hopes/expectations were greatly exceeded.
We believe that if someone has determined that a mobile safari is the experience they desire that it would not be possible for it to go smoother than ours did. In our 9 days/nights, there was never once we had to ask for anything or work through any issue. Andrew and his staff easily delivered on every aspect of the desired experience. They work very hard while making it look easy/routine.
Even after reading reviews prior to booking, we found ourselves amazed at the quality of the food, the efforts to maximize comfort within obvious constraints, and quality of a guide that surely cannot be exceeded. Andrew worked hard to deliver a memorable experience with high quality game sightings and Google-level knowledge of the wildlife seen. His knowledge of animal behaviors adds so much to the experience. We also appreciated his awareness and thoughtfulness to make adjustments that assisted as one of us has some challenging mobility issues.
It's rare these days to find anything one is comfortable giving an unqualified endorsement to. But a mobile safari with Andrew clearly deserves one. It was very much worth the 2-year delay caused by COVID.
We will treasure all our memories."

"We very much enjoyed our 1 night stay with the Lodge to allow a day between our mobile safari and the long journey home.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful.

A couple items stood out for us. We ate breakfast 3 times and dinner twice while staying there. Both the service and the food were outstanding.
We also greatly appreciated being able to borrow a wheelchair from the lodge for our visit to Victoria Falls. It was critical to being able to fully enjoy the experience."
