"My husband and I absolutely adored Rivertrees. It’s tucked away like a hidden paradise. Room was lovely with comfy bed, food was delicious and staff was friendly. The layout and grounds are just beautiful. We woke up to monkeys playing in the trees outside our room and enjoyed walking down to the river. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we’re headed off to our safari location. We would love to stay here again and next time longer."

"Kimondo Camp was amazing! We were welcomed with warm hospitality and treated like family. We made lifelong friends with the staff and their joyous personalities radiate onto others. My husband and I were celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary and they surprised us our last evening there with cake and celebration of singing and dancing. It was a very emotional experience that we will forever treasure.

The camp is wonderful and beautiful setting. Perfect view of the wildebeest migration from our tent. Our tent was kept spotless by our escort Charles. He was a sweetheart that took great care of us. They are prepared with everything you need including rain boots, jackets and umbrellas. The food was absolutely delicious! Very comfy bed, hot showers, bonfires and great company. We just loved everything about this place.

Our safari guide Festo was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about every animal, bird and insect. He can answer all questions. We had a blast with him and throughly enjoyed every one of our game drives. The animal sightings were spectacular! To be so close to all these animals in their natural habitat is indescribable.

We would definitely recommend this camp to others and plan on coming back! Thank you to all our new friends at Kimondo for such an amazing experience."

"Pongwe Beach Hotel was paradise! Loved the location, layout and beach. This place was perfect for my husband and I. Very charming, peaceful and low key. We stayed in a beach cottage and the view from our porch was gorgeous. Great room and the canopy bed that has a cooling remote was nice. We stayed cool and comfortable in our bed at night.

We throughly enjoyed the infinity pool, hammocks, swing bed, lounge chairs on our private porch, long walks exploring the beach at low tide and so much more. Very relaxing atmosphere! The staff was friendly and attentive. Moody was a riot. He kept us laughing. We were able to arrange activities through the front desk. Food was delicious and seating at dinning, bar and pool areas are lovely. Being that this is a smaller resort you also get to know other guests which we enjoyed. We even exchanged emails with new friends we met.

This hotel also allows you to hang out and enjoy facilities if your airport shuttle is after check out time on your last day. They even have a shower and changing room for you to use. We had an amazing time here! I’m still dreaming about the turquoise waters!"
