"Fantastic camp.
The host and hostess, Steve and Dee were very helpful and gracious. Food was excellent.
Enjoyed watching the elephants at the waterhole in front of the camp. Really liked the tent cabin; it had a great view.
Overall the staff was very efficient and friendly.
The game drives were outstanding. Saw a big herd of elephants going towards a river."

"The lodge itself was excellent along with the view.
Quick access to the crater was a big plus. The game drives were fantastic.
We saw lions attempt to catch a water buffalo.
The hippos pools were outstanding."

"Great food. Excellent staff. Really like the campfire sitting and watching the sunset.
The communal dining was fun. Enjoyed talking with other guets. Liked the lunch right next to the tent, and out by a tree overlooking the plains. Fantastic location away from it all.
One of the highpoints was the parade of elephants going through the camp while we were eating lunch. Beautiful sunsets. Fun drive from the park entrance to the camp.
Amos really ran a well organized camp."

"What a fantastic place.Worth every penny. Luxury in the middle of nowhere. Should have taken the time to use the pool.
The river crossing of the wildebeast migration was the highlight of the trip. Indescrible. We should have stayed an extra day just to relax at the bar and pool.
Food was excellent, along with the service. Overall, superlative in every way. In its own way on par with the Canadian Pacific Fairmont hotel chain in Canada. (we stayed at several) Rebecca was a great hostess. The dinner one night by the campfire was very enjoyable."

"Most unusual accomodations.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom facilities were adequate.
Overall if was a fun experience. Marvelled at the construction of the room/tent. The floor could have been a little more even."

Was a slight dissapointment. Hope to do some shopping for wood carvings, but it didn't happen. The guide and his family were very hospitable for the home hosted lunch. However, it was way too much food for the middle of the day, especially given the heat. Enjoyed the conversation however.
Liked the cafe he took us to, especially the specialty coffee drink.
Hoped to tour the Membi ruins, but it didn't happen.
