"We weren't met at the airstrip! Our guide was still with previous clients. One room wasn't ready when we arrived. However, after a disconcerting start, the next few days on safari were excellent.
Our new guide/driver, Albert, was excellent. He knew just where the best viewing spots were. We saw many, many animals, as well as the wildebeests crossing the river.
We have already discussed the initial problems with Expert Africa and they are being addressed."
