"This was my second visit to Tau Pan Camp, and I liked it as much as the first time.
The location is very beautiful, the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and there was a lot of wildlife to be seen. I especially appreciated how the tracker, a San who grew up in the area, explained so much of his knowledge to the guests.
We saw a newly born impala with its mother, and it was great to stay with the sighting for as long as we wished. The pace of the game drive was completely unrushed, which I enjoyed a lot."

"The meerkats experience was absolutely fantastic. We were lucky to see two mother meerkats with six baby meerkats.
There was still quite a lot of water in the pans, so we saw lots of flamingos.
The camp itself is quite unique, with colonial style furniture.

Many sightings
I ended up flying from Kiri Camp. Here communication was extremely efficient and supportive.
The flight was smooth and breathtaking, the pilot very professional and friendly.
Since I was the only passenger, the pilot allowed my guide, Tops, to join me on the flight. I thought that was lovely. Tops enjoyed the flight too, and was able to point out where the elephants were going to be. An impressive experience.
