"Gorilla trekking exceeded expectations. The time and experience was made more enjoyable interesting and educational by our driver Patrick Tembo. Rwanda and its people who were all warm and friendly deserve all the help and advice we can give them.
Other travellers might like to visit the Ubushobozi. Org, this is a charitable project which helps teenage girls suffering from abuse HIV and exploitation. We purchased some very nice bags made by the girls and were entertained by them when they showed us their traditional dancing. A very pleasant afternoon in Musanze."

"This was our time for relaxation, restaurant staff were lovely but need training in laying tables and serving food ans service in general.
The view from the room was good, however there was no where to hang the shower head. Overall the atmosphere was warm friendly and relaxing."

"Highlights we're hot water bottles, fires in room and boot cleaning service, followed closely by the catering staffs singing and dancing extravaganza in the dining room.
Gorilla trips were awesome.

"The management of staff at breakfast was poor.
Tables were not cleared and tables were not set correctly. Food often ran out and trying to order an omelette was particularly difficult. We did not try dinner."
