"Very busy place compared to the smaller camps. so that much more less personal.Evening meals were a bit of a scramble and there's not much in the way of seating for drinks/chat.
The flight organised over Fish River canyon was quite incredible & well worth the money."

Subsequent to these comments and others made by recent visitors to Kulala Desert Lodge, Expert Africa has corresponded with the lodge owners and reserve managers and are awaiting details on proposed improvements to the menus and food standard.

No facilities after 6.00pm - everwhere is locked up. Noise from the walkways was intrusive esp early in the morning ."

"Big camp but new bungalows were small but adequate. Aircon a blessing ! Food was surprisingly good since catering was for the masses. Being 20 meters away from the waterhole was fantastic"

"again big camp rather impersonal but new bungalows were superb! Refurbishment was taking place during our stay so eating facilities were none too great.
