Canyon Lodge: picture gallery

Canyon Lodge is nestled amongst boulders near to Fish River Canyon.
Surrounded by pretty landscaped gardens...
...and beautiful rocky scenery...
...with 30 bungalows this is a convenient base to explore the Fish River Canyon.
Inside, each bungalow has double/twin beds...
...a small desk and luggage rack...
...stone walls & small windows make the rooms feel dark, but keeps them cool in the summer.
All the bungalows have an en-suite shower room.
Outside is a veranda with lovely views of the rocks.
The main area consists of a reception/curio shop...
...a large dining area complete with a fire for the cooler months...
...and a cosy bar with Namibian Farmhouse cum Germanic bar decor.
Outside there is a large terrace with more dining tables...
...a fire pit...
...and a mini golf course (although we aren't sure how playable this is).
Away from the main area along a winding path is the lodges pool...
...complete with a spectacular view and its own self-service honesty bar.
