Mogundula Private Island: Our full report

Brand new to the Quirimbas Archipelago, Mogundula Private Island looks set to be a superb luxury option for ...

... those looking for real exclusivity. The wonderful owners of Ibo Island Lodge are behind this new venture and we are sure that they will bring the same style and quality.

There is no date set for islands opening yet, so contact us for the latest information. But here is what we know so far......

There are five villas on this privately owned island which can be booked out individually, or the whole island can be booked out exclusively. The villas are all built using local materials such as teak and coral stone and are located a little way from each other so as to remain really private. They also come with the luxury of air conditioning powered by solar, a private plunge pool and a private sala by the water.

Our view

From the aerial pictures we have seen of the island it looks incredibly idyllic. Though we are yet to see anything of the interiors of the villas or main areas. Do contact us for more information on Mogundula Private Island.
