"Very beautiful and very remote."

7 nights Arrived 1 Sep 2019
"Please refer to notes at the end regarding our journey here!

Very lovely lodge. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Comfortable chalet with hot water and very private, the eco loo is amazing and really does not smell.

Diving and snorkelling was excellent although the there are only small fish but lots of them and lovely colours. Very good, very well run dive centre.
Whale watching most mornings from the breakfast table. Good food considering where we were.

The journey from Nampula is fairly arduous especially at night.

Great yoga classes. A tailor visits the lodge if you would like something made. The lodge is very involved in supporting the local village.
The visit to the village was enjoyable and interesting." See all these reviews: 7n in Mozambique; 7n in Kenya

"Nuarro Lodge review"

7 nights Arrived 18 Nov 2018
"The lodge was in a beautiful setting and very well looked after by the team.

The lodge is 4 hours away from Nampula airport and 2 hours of the drive were on a rough road but this just added to the whole experience of my holiday." See all these reviews: 7n in Mozambique

"Relaxed and remote ecolodge"

3 nights Arrived 5 Oct 2013
"Perfect location to "escape from it all" and relax, although the journey was a little longer than anticipated (4 hours from Nampula airport).

Chalets were of a good size and secluded, so privacy was guaranteed, and it was clear that the focus was on sustainability. Food was surprisingly very good and staff were very helpful, although most don't speak very good English. On the 2nd day of our stay, our room was not cleaned which was quite surprising given the small number of chalets." See all these reviews: 7n in Mozambique; 5n in Kenya

"Nuarro Mozambique review"

4 nights Arrived 6 Sep 2012
"A lovely place to stay.

My only complaint which may have been a miss understanding was that when we wanted to go whale watching we were told that we were the only people who had requested the boat so we were to wait until we saw a whale then go to the boat. What happened was that when we saw a whale we did go the boat but someone else whose room was nearer to the boats than ours go to them first and they had taken the boat which meant that we had to wait until it came back and them go out the heat of the day."
