"Sailing at Mnarani Club"
7 nights Arrived 26 Jan 2020
"We very much enjoyed our week at Mnarani Club. The hotel was fairly quiet when we visited, mainly UK and local guests. We had an upstairs Creek room with great views. The pool is fabulous. Dinner was generally a buffet, though they switched to a menu service at the end of our stay. Breakfasts were very good.
We spent most of the week learning to sail down at the beach. The set up there is attached to but separate from the hotel; the staff and facilities are excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We managed to get out of the hotel a few times, to local restaurants and the local village." See all these reviews: 16n in Kenya

"Mnarani Club review"
8 nights Arrived 22 Mar 2015
"This is our second visit to Mnarani Club and it remains our favourite hotel anywhere. Perfectly situated, overlooking the beautiful Kilifi Creek, it has its own beach and a coral reef just a few yards out. There's also a water sports centre offering sailing, diving, kayaking etc. It's biggest asset, however, is the wonderful staff - they take tremendous care of everybody and really made us feel like we were returning to our second home.
The food is excellent and Kilifi town is a 15 minute walk or a quick Tuk Tuk ride away, should you fancy a change of scene. Sadly, the latest Foreign Office advisory meant we had to leave before the planned end of our stay, although we felt perfectly safe. For the hotel's sake (and ours) we desperately hope that the situation returns to normal as soon as possible because there's no place we would rather return to." See all these reviews: 17n in Kenya
