"To say "A Dream Come True" is to Understate.."

I visited Kenya and 2 other countries between 30 Aug 2017 and 13 Sep 2017
"I feel so lucky and grateful to have made acquaintance with Justin Huff from Expert Africa. His knowledge was so thorough and immediate that I knew I had to take advantage of his service to plan our African adventure-- even to the extent that I risked a relationship with a very important friend who is a travel agent. I just didn't want to make any mistakes, traveling so far and at such expense!

We met someone on our trip who had spent the equivalent of four months at a full time job researching his trip to Africa, rejecting agency after agency when they didn't include or provide the amenities that this man deemed essential to a perfect safari. I was BEYOND DELIGHTED to learn that every single thing this man had learned was the best way to go, Justin at Expert Africa had included in our trip to the extent that it was literally perfect. I don't think I can put it any more succinctly than that.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Only one. I felt that canvas wallet you provided was a tad excessive, as I have no future use for it, and didn't really need it during the trip. Maybe others feel differently, but I do plan to send ours back.

Thank you so much for running a fantastic operation!" Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 11 on a Kenya safari

"Trip of a lifetime"

I visited Kenya and 1 other country between 4 Aug 2017 and 24 Aug 2017
"The trip we organised with expert Africa was unforgettable - hugely well planned and happened seamlessly leaving us free to soak up the incredible experiences. But the planning of the trip was also enjoyable! I loved talking to Richard and felt he was a very real person responding to our needs as a family rather than pushing us in the old well trodden directions.

When there was a very minor hiccup with a hotel booking (not the fault of Expert Africa but a mistake Africa side) Richard called our guide and spoke to us to ensure everything was OK. Top service.

I can't recommend him highly enough." Read full review: 20 nights in Africa; 14 on a Kenya safari

"My July 2017 Trip"

I visited Kenya between 22 Jul 2017 and 30 Jul 2017
"Overall a really great trip. Porini Camp was not great , but maybe I have been a little spoilt in recent years having stayed at some amazing spots, Elephant Bedroom being one of the best.

As I mentioned I really loved the Samburu area, and would love to go back next year." Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 8 on a Kenya safari

"Short but sweet"

I visited Kenya between 21 Jun 2017 and 28 Jun 2017
"We were in Kenya principally because of a business visit to Nairobi and decided (as we had in December in the same circumstances) to add on a few days vacation.

As we live in Livingstone getting to Nairobi is very straightforward thanks to Kenya Airways flying Nairobi-Livingstone-Cape Town return three times per week. This is an excellent service, taking in views of arguably the three most iconic pieces of natural scenery on the continent, ie Kilimanjaro, Vic Falls and Table Mountain.

We had no hesitation in working with Expert Africa to arrange the non-work elements of our trip, our 20th with EA since we first ventured with the firm in 2006.

As always, we enjoyed a very helpful dialogue with the EA team, Richard Trillo in this case, working out what we would do. The plan worked perfectly and the trip more than lived up to our expectations." Read full review: 7 nights in Africa; 7 on a Kenya safari

"My 2016 Safari Outing"

I visited Kenya between 10 Sep 2016 and 21 Sep 2016
"It was delightful! Richard Trillo, who helped us organize the safari, did an excellent job. In the first place, he listened carefully to what we had in mind and very tactfully, made suggestions how to maximize our time within the constraints of our budget (no mean accomplishment).

He very wisely suggested three stops to give us reasonable exposure to what Kenya has to offer without wearing us down. Our experiences at El Karama, the Mara Camp and ending at Totilis were just what we had in mind.

Then, he coordinated the timing, the pickups, the flights so very well that we were never at a loss as to what comes next and will the taxi actually be there at (e.g.) 5:30 in the morning. Very well done!

Simply continue the personal contact!" Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 10 on a Kenya safari

"Our fourth safari"

I visited Kenya between 5 Sep 2016 and 20 Sep 2016
"Expert Africa has helped us plan all four of our trips to Africa and we couldn't be happier.

The staff there has such intimate knowledge of the camps that they are able to offer us wonderful advice. They know what we value most and have the background to know how to guide us to places that we will enjoy.

This was a trip that took us to some new regions of Kenya and we enjoyed the variety of environments that we experienced. Thank you, Ellie, for helping us plan another amazing adventure!" Read full review: 15 nights in Africa; 14 on a Kenya safari
