"Our trip was wonderful and organized well by Justin (in California). He had suggested the order in which we should do this trip and i completely agree with his recommendations.

While at Kanana, "Doctor" our guide asked why i had requested him, and i told him i did not, but apparently Justin had put in a request that Doctor be our guide when he made our reservation, and for that i am extremely grateful to Justin.

Having never heard of Expert Africa before, i was quite nervous about all arrangements, but from the first transfer i quickly learned i had nothing to be concerned about. A truly first class organization that i will not hesitate to recommend.

"Trip as a whole was great!

In retrospect, I would have not spent four nights at Machaba (or any probably), but as I spent a day there sick I'm glad I didn't have to fly that day as well. I was disappointed in the suggestion of Machaba, since I had specifically said I wanted to avoid the 20-cars-around-one-animal sort of safari. That only occurred around the leopards and the lions, but still... I had raised this concern specifically with Richard and he assured me that the guides would manage it, but there was no way to manage it with so many camps/lodges and individual drivers." "After a slight hick up with our pick up from Vic Falls- where we cooked for half an hour in the lobby and panicked about border pick up- everything went superbly smoothly.
Richard dealt with this issue remotely and very efficiently.

We had a great time and would recommend Expert Africa, Richard and Botswana to any potential safari go-ers.
