"The trip itself was fantastic. Maybe we should have stayed an extra night in the selous in order to stay at a different camp. The selous safari camp was the only one to offer single night accomodation.
We found the advice and assistance of Ellie in planning our holiday most helpful and informative. She was also very patient with us!

"We only stayed one night so our opinion may be unreliable. We thought the way the staff were asked to introduce themselves on our arrival was a bit demeaning for them. Some were obviously uncomfortable with the process.
The guide on our river boat safari was not as god as we had met in previous camps."

"Felt like luxury on a Robinson Crusoe island. Beautiful setting and beach. Very personalised, friendly but professional service.
Wonderfully private accomodation and very comfortable. A great place to relax but with a variety of activities available

Lovely camp in beautiful setting with good accomoadation, very individual. My only criticism is that the shower floor was very slippery and I almost fell.
Wonderful food. Loved how we ate at different sites - in the bush or in the sand river bed- in the evening. Very reasonably priced wine.
Excellent guides. Knowledgable. They seemed to enjoy their work and their enthusiasm was infective.
Lots of game. Not many other vehicles.
Would love to go back."
