South Luangwa and Victoria Falls
Zambia between 17 Jul 2011 and 30 Jul 2011
The South Luangwa national park is certainly somewhere I will want to revisit several times as it has such an interesting eco-system and headline game interaction.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
The big trick with Zambia, I'd think, is to stay up-to-date and to ensure E.A. can offer sound advice over both the best of safari locations/timings as well as accommodations. With camps opening / closing and the camp operators changing it must be uncertain whether a safari will retain its quality year-to-year. I had high expectations of Shentons and they were met, a bonus was them having new (quieter) vehicles and not rushing sighting-to-sighting over radios."

Kaingo Camp

The game viewing was wonderful and we were fortunate to have three good leopard sightings over the three nights, plus very special sightings of Pels Fishing Owls and an Aardvark.
All-in-all the two Shenton camps complement one another wonderfully. The guiding was consistently good and able to flex to meet the knowledge / wishes of the different guests."

Our hosts Alan and Oriel have excellent local and regional knowledge and arranged a couple of wonderful trips for us. Standing literally on top of the falls at Livingstone Island will long live in the memory though I'm sure I will still shudder when I think about it and the view straight down to the river over 100 metres below from where the water was washing over my ankles."

The outside bathroom was brilliant - loved it, despite an elephant taking a very very close look one night!"
