Fab time in Tanzania
Tanzania between 11 Sep 2010 and 24 Sep 2010
"We had never been to Tanzania or done a Safari holiday before. We absolutely loved it and will definitely want to do another safari holiday in the future to Africa.
Both Selous and Ruaha were amazing places to get really close to the animals and the scenery was breathtaking. We would also like to thank Liz Wollen and Eleanor Dunkels at Expert Africa who spent a lot of time talking us through the different camps and locations. Their help was immeasurable and their advice was spot on. Our trip ran like clockwork and their recommendations were superb. Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
The service provided by Expert Africa is fantatastic and we can't think of anything that they could do better."

Kwihala Camp
"Loved our time at Kwihala"
4 nights
Arrived
17 Sep 2010
"Kwihala is a really intimate little tented camp where you feel very much like you are getting a real taste of life in the bush. The tents and the main areas are beautifully appointed with co-ordinated linens and pottery.
Pietro is an amazing guide and one morning we saw from our tent a lioness and a cub walk past us. We told Pietro and before we knew it we were tracking the lions in the Land Rover and watching them call to their cubs. It is a memory that we will have forever.
The food at Kwihala is delicious and varied. Eating dinner by candlelight is atmospheric but one evening we ate by moonlight only and it was lovely. We loved our time at Kwihala."

Ras Kutani, Tanzania (this camp has since closed)
"Relaxing time at Ras Kutani"
3 nights
Arrived
21 Sep 2010
"Ras Kutani is located right on the beach and is a wonderful place to relax after a hectic safari. The staff are attentive and friendly. Although the food was plentiful, not everything was to my taste but then I'm a fussy eater.
We enjoyed walking along the deserted beach and reading around the pool. One of the highlights for us was going to sleep each night with the sound of the ocean in your ears and watching the cheeky monkeys jump from tree to tree. Great place to chill out.
We also enjoyed the experience of travelling to Ras Kutani by car on arrival from Dar es Salaam. It was wonderful crossing on board the ferry to the mainland and then passing some of the little villages before arriving at Ras Kutani.
We returned to Dar es Saleem for our BA flight home using Coastal Aviation flights, but the beauty of this is the journey by rowing boat and jeep to pick up the light aircraft some 15 mins from Ras Kutani."

Their is a choice of activities each morning and afternoon ranging from walking, driving to boating, and all are amazing. You really get to see these animals at close range. We also enjoyed our 6.00 pm sundowner each evening in a different location. Such a nice touch. We cannot recommend Beho Beho highly enough.
The food is delicious and plentiful. Beho Beho was our first safari experience and we think we have found possibly the best. There is absolutely nothing we would change and would return tomorrow given half a chance."
