"Location was perfect with easy access to the waterfront area and the sightseeing bus.

The staff was very accommodating as the room was not ready when we arrived and they treated us to a snack in their restaurant. When we were ready to leave, the kitchen was not open for breakfast and the staff arranged to have breakfast delivered to our room."

"Very personal service and it worked out that we had our own guide, Chris, for our three three days. The team of guides worked together to provide a great safari experience in finding various animals. The camp staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice touches such as greeting the jeep on return from a safari drive with wet towels.

The camp schedule was not rigid, and one day we opted to stay out on safari and have lunch by one the many lagoons in the Lower Zambezi Park.

The location of the camp provided a great view of the Chongwe river, and a boat ride on the river onto the Zambezi at sunset provided an interesting break from the jeep rides with an opportunity to get close to the hippos and crocodiles along the bank."

"A small camp with personal service.

We did not expect the 3 hour ride from the airport, but even though we were late landing, the camp provided the driver and a guide so that we could look for wildlife once we entered South Luangua Park. The staff held supper for us and we were able to meet the rest of the guests.

We were only there for a short time, but the staff made the arrangements for a great safari walk with guide and scout to get to the other Shenton camp in the park."

"A bit of luxury in the midst of the South Luangua Park. The cabins were well appointed, and lunch was served on our patio that are built over the river bank. This camp had the largest number of cabins, but the service was personalized. We were treated to a private and romantic dinner one night on our patio served graciously by the staff.

The afternoon activity could be spent at one of the hides - either the hippo hide or the elephant hide. On one of the drives we stopped at a hide at a lagoon and was treated to a small herd of zebras passing by.

The guides were very knowledgeable about the animals and the flora in the park that made the jeep rides most interesting. The guides worked together to report animal sitings and we were fortunate to see a leopard with cubs on one of the night drives."

"Very touristy hotel and area. The hotel provided a chance to relax for a couple of days before heading home.

To see Victoria Falls, the location could not have been better. The access to the park was included with the hotel. Breakfast was included, and the dinner was a buffet. It was better to go to Squires restaurant to order dinner a la carte.

We took the short walk over to the luxury sister hotel, and had dinner there one night; an elegant experience not to be missed."
