"Everything was fine. We had a good start with the Olifants rest camp and a beautiful end with Muchenje lodge.
The staff who accompanied us all the way was very nice and efficient.
We also stayed for a few days at the Avani near the Victoria Falls, which you also recommend in your book on southern Africa, and were happy to be there. The hotel is pleasant.

"Lovely surprise and a fabulous beginning for our trip with the view on the Olifants River. The staff is very nice and efficient. The game drives and walk very interesting: we saw more animals than we expected."

"The rooms are pleasant in a beautiful garden. It was very quiet because we arrived just after Easter.
That might be the reason why we were lucky to see 5 lions on our afternoon trip."

"Another surprise: it is such an oasis that one forgets one is staying in Joburg. The room is nice and very modern in style, but we didn,t quite like the idea of having the bathtub in the middle of the room. (Are we old fashioned???) The food was really delicious."

"A very nice lodge with all you can dream of. The game drives, morning and all day are amazing: we saw a lot oh hippos, a leopard (quite difficult in this season), jackals, etc.
The transfer from Livingstone to Muchenje and back was very good: every chauffeur was there on time, waiting for us."
