"The level of accomodation was O.K, nothing special compared to say the Olive Grove, Camp Kipwe and Mushara.

The saff, although helpful, did not seem as happy and friendly as in other camps. The management in this hotel was poor. We booked an early morning call for an activity and the call did not happen, and they had to get a guide out of bed to take us. The bill however was heavily reduced as way of an apology."

"Staff, food, guides etc were all excellent. However the level of accommodation was not quite as high standard as Camp Kipwe or Mushara Outpost. However, the Rhino tracking here vwas one of the hi-lights of the holiday."

"What a stunningly well desined and stylish lodge. This was probably the best of all in terms of accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the guided tours were good value (better value than Ongava, Camp kipwe and Kulala).

Food here was better than anywhere else."

"Service was slow and amateurish, and staff seemd to begrudge serving drinks after dinner.
The curio shop was closed for most of the day for some reason, which added to the general impression of staff indifference.
The food was also nothing special.

However the accommodation was fine, and the guided tours was excellent. Maretin our gude made up for the above.
Overall however I am glad i only spent one night there."
