"the camp and surrounding area were superb. we had elephants in camp each day, so close you could almost touch them. great photo's taken from my bed!!

water excursions excellent. unfortunately the park where we spent most time on the drived was almost devoid of game for the whole of our visit.

"simon lead a small, but good team and bertram was overall the best guide on our safari.

we felt that the tents would have been better sited on the river bank rather than the lagoon as they would have been a little cooler.

the game viewing was a little disappointing; by the 6th day on safari we hadn't had a sniff of a leopard simon and team were very helpful when one of our party was ill"

"the hippo and bee eater hides were brilliant. the camp was simple but comfortable. the biggest drawback of our time there was that in 3 days we had 4 different guides. they did work hard to get us our leopard and we finally got a brief view in the twilight on our last drive.

we appreciated the bush brunch- a nice surprise. overall we didn't feel entirely happy at laingo and that was probably due to the disruption of having so many different guides"
