Fabulous first Safari, superbly organised.
Zambia between 14 Aug 2009 and 25 Aug 2009
"We had an unbelievable time and would like to thank Expert Africa, and in particular Claire Scott for all her help and advice - particularly as we had to rearrange the trip because of the health issues!
Suggestions for improvement:
Difficult to know what to say as we had such good service and a great trip. The only thing i would say is that the photographs of the lodges, particulary of Shumba don't do them justice.....so nothing to worry about there then!!"

"Arriving by helicopter to such a fantastic setting was mindblowing. We were then met by hosts Rob and Ingrid and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel special throughout the whole trip. A truly wonderful three days.
We were also fortunate to have our guide Sam to ourselves for all our drives who was extremely informative and entertaining and kept the trainee guide on his toes. We loved the all day trip and having the head chef along to cook us lunch was pretty special....even if we didn't get to see that elusive Leopard!!
We are already saving to come back!"

"Driving to the camp from the airport we were treated to some excellent game, Elephant, Buffalo, lions, Hyena and even wild dogs, all in the space of a couple of hours - fantastic!
The camp lived up to all expectations, lovely setting, great food and extremely helpful hosts and guides. The rooms were of and excellent standard and it was fun sharing the shower with a number of tree frogs! The only comment we would make was ,unlike the other two camps there were no mosquito nets over the bed and we got bitten where as we hadn't at the other two.
A great camp which we would definitely visit again!"

We saw excellent game, and a particular highlight was our first morning drive, literally just leaving camp when we stumbled on a whole pride of lions walking along the track right next to the jeep!
We would certainly return to such a great location."
