Logistics were very smooth from landing in Kigali to drop off at JRO.
Expert Africa even had someone greet us at Kigali to escort us through customs, see us to a lounge while waiting, gather our bags, and direct us from the lounge to our driver.
Our driver in Rwanda was incredible. Just a fantastic experience."

Very quiet at night. Our room was very spacious.
Beautiful garden with birds around the pool and restaurant. Amazing view from the restaurant.
They had gaiters available and cleaned our boots after our treks.
Food was good, beer prices were high relative to other places."

We got to see giraffes on our drives to and from camp (species not in the Crater). Very close to the Crater access road.
The food was truly amazing and the red and white wine was always great.
Coffee and tea brought to the room at wake up call: a rare offering."
