Wonderful honeymoon in Namibia
Namibia between 19 Oct 2009 and 24 Oct 2009
"We had an absolutely fantastic time and loved it. We have fallen in love with Namibia and can't wait to come back!
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
As mentioned before it might be worth suggesting to people to pre-book treatments at places such as Olive Grove/Gochehanas - but this is a very small issue.
Can't otherwise see how things could have been better - thank you very much!!!"

Little Kulala
"A magical desert lodge"

"Little Kulula was an exceptional experience - we loved our stay there. The rooms , lodge and location were fantastic. We had an exceptional personal guide who went to great lengths to ensure we had a special stay. The general service was excellent - everyone was very helfpul and friendly - though at times the table service could have been a little more attentive - though this didn't bother us.
The food was 'very good', wholesome and tasty - with many local dishes - though probably not excellent considering the price - once again this did not affect our stay at all. The inclusive wine list was also excellent with some superb Sout African wines. We especially appreciated the extra effort made to give us a special dinner on our first night (it was our honeymooon and a candle lit dinner in the wine cellar was arranged by one of the managers!) We would recommend Little Kulala to anyone and would love to go back some day!
Ballooning trip:
Magical early morning ballon flight - We had a fantastic experience ballooning over the Namib-Nauklif Park with dunes on one side and sunrise on the other. It was peaceful and fun at the same time - so glad we did it! It was all capped off with a fantastic champagne breakfast at the base of a dune!!"

"The service was excellent - everyone was helpful and friendly. We were offered free 'Honeymoon Crystal Bath' - which was a very kind and nice gesture! We unfortunately had to cancel this as we also wanted to do some mountain biking. We had managed to get Little Kulala to book our massages the day before, but it might be worth mentioning to guests that they should book massages etc a few days before to ensure you get to all you want to!
Food was very good and it was an great stop over. but we probably would not spend more than a night.
The rooms had fantastic views and had everything we needed but were 'functional' - however we were were now comparing to Little Kulala!"

The staff where courteous and friendly and jacuzzi excellent!
It may have been useful to know that there was a wellness centre where pre booking for treatments would have been an advantage"
