"We were very happy with the level of service and professionalism shown. We had a very clear idea of what we wanted and Maruska listened and delivered, suggesting perfect alternatives where necessary. It was a truely magical experience and worth every penny.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Remove aardvark or pangolin from your questionnaire and add kudu or a bird instead. The guides were fed up being asked to find such rare animals.

Give some guidance on what is expected on a walking safari as we had guests walking off on their own, chatting and coughing which wasnt ideal. Maybe they wouldn't read your guidance but some seemed completely unaware of how to behave to maximise sightings."

"This was a really magical place. It was more rustic than some of the other camps but we still had luxury without it being pretentious. We came to see leopards and they sure did deliver. The village trip was so lovely - the school kids put on a show - dancing and poetry reciting and not a single request for money. If you like cycling, do go out with John and enjoy the river bank sights. We also loved the grumpy elephant which came to feed on fruit outside our hut every 2 hours!"
