A wonderful family holiday, which my dad and elder brother have given extensive feedback on.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
My overall impression of how things were run was extremely high, however. All the logistics went without a hitch, and every single staff member we met - those who met us and helped us with the baggage at the airport, drivers, camp staff, guides, and anyone else I've missed - were extremely efficient and friendly. They contributed massively to my being left with a hugely positive impression of Zambia on my first ever visit to the country ."
