Little Vumbura
"Little Vumbura review"
Lazarus (our guide) was a star. We saw all the animals we could have hoped to have seen amd many beautiful and colourful birds.
Our first trip into the Delta was very special . Our stay in the Honeymoon Suite was the icing on the cake.
Little Vumbura holds very special memories and the highlight of the holiday. What more can we say."
Chitabe Lediba

Luke (our guide) was another star.
Camp overall very different to Little Vumbura, which we preferred."

Kulala Wilderness Camp, Namibia (this camp has since closed)
"Kulala Wilderness Camp review"
The early morning Balloon flight was spell-binding and the champagne breakfast outstanding.
The Guide here was very nice, but at times difficult to understand and had limited knowledge. He was still training.
Food disappointing in comparison.
Morning excursion to the dunes: Quite a long drive to the Dunes. Would have preferred a less crowded dune then dune 45.
Friends had walked up Big Daddy - just 4 of them and had an excellent experience.
A fascinating morning at the biggest beack in the world."

Day trip to coast south of Swakopmund: The day tour here was another outstanding day. Ernst (our guide) was so enthusiastic and informative which made our day, not only interesting but at times exhilarating and exciting. An amazing day. We shall always remember."

Ondudu Safari Lodge
"Erongo Wilderness Lodge review"
It was very hot and there was a lot of irritating insects.
Not enough to do. Bird walk disappointing and very few animals."
Bishops' Court, South Africa (this camp has since closed)
"Bishops' Court review"
All the other rooms were very much better - more spacious and better equipped. Definitely the short straw.
Atmosphere a little lacking."

"review"
When the train departed a very small plate of fruit arrived in the cabin, but a glass of chamapgne would have completed the overall reception.
Scenery very disappointing. Overpriced. Not to be repeated."

We could have done with an extra night, at least, in order to explore and enjoy all the many and varied activities and experiences."
