"Breakfasts were excellent but limited choice for dinner.

The A La Carte restaurant was dismal with 3 T.V.s on so we ate at the Royal Livingstone a much better ambience."

"All the staff and guides worked very hard to make our stay memorable
The setting was very pretty looking out on to the river
A highlight was seeing the hippos walking on the river bed viewed from the double decker boat

As such importance is placed on first names it would be helpful if ALL staff wore name badges because it gets very confusing when moving from camp to camp to remember names and reciprocate the great friendliness that the Batswana showed to us. This comment applies to all the camps we visited"

Carter our guide was superb His knowledge was amazing

Our wildlife viewings were the best here seeing both lion and leopard cubs Carter 's reaction when 2 female elephants charged us was instantanious I lost my fleece in the panic but Alan went out later and found it for me"

The staff again were so friendly and interesting Janet was a delight.

Jacob was an excellent guide and worked hard to find the animals
We did feel that some drives were cut short to enable other guests to catch a transfer
The mokoro ride was disappointing because it was so short

We thought the early morning porridge was brilliant
We preferred this arrangement with the cooked breakfast after the safari, to having lunch as we did at Stanleys"
