Best Honeymoon Experience

"We booked our honeymoon via Expert Africa upon advise from a friend, Expert Africa were brilliant at asking what we wanted from our trip and Lyndsey our travel expert provided us with lots of options to consider. Her advice was honest and thorough and she spent a lot of time with us trying to get the perfect accommodation for our trip. Our honeymoon was simply amazing and we made memories we will never forget. The whole process was excellent and all the travelling and transfers went seamlessly, we had no issues and were well prepared. Our trip consisted of Safari in the Selous in Tanzania staying at Beho Beho – We can’t rate Beho Beho highly enough and there simply aren’t enough words to be able to describe the experience and hospitality we experienced.
The guides and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The Camp is beautiful and if you are after luxury and comfort you won’t go wrong, the food is some of the best we have ever eaten, there are a few amazing touches at Beho Beho that we won’t ruin for you if you’re thinking of staying. This was our first safari and the personal experience we had far exceeded our expectations, the highlights for us at the camp were seeing a pack of the wild dogs up close as well as the walking safari.
After the Selous we travelled to Zanzibar staying at the Zuri Zanzibar, Zuri means Beautiful in Swahili and the name does not disappoint – again the hospitality and accommodation are stunning, the food is brilliant – if you want a relaxing break on a white beach look no further.

"Great hotel for a 1 night stop over. About 50 minutes drive from the airport in a nice area of Dar Es Salaam where there's a good selection of restaurants and bars. The staff are very helpful and welcoming."

"This was our first safari experience and it far exceeded our expectations. We stayed at Beho Beho upon recommendation from a friend who had stayed over 6 years ago and rated it their best trip ever, they were not wrong.
On many of our drives we didn't see another jeep which show's the remoteness of the camp, all our guides were amazing, we have to give a special shout out to Idrissa and his amazing skills spotting the wild dogs – this truly was the standout moment for us on the trip.
On every game drive we saw a variety of animals from lions, elephants, giraffes and we were exceptionally lucky to see the wild dogs and a leopard. One of the best experiences was the walking safari that allows you to get a completely different view point of the animals and the area, whilst slightly nail biting it’s a must do experience if you stay here.
The banda has a private plunge pool and all the facilities in the room were pure luxury, the bed is super comfortable, the turn down service and wake up calls with fresh cookies and tea are the extra touches which makes this place so special. On our first morning we were woken up by an elephant walking past our room, the experiences you get at Beho Beho are unbelievable. The main area and pool are stunning and relaxing and you never feel that your space isn’t your own, the guides and staff are always around if you want company. Eating at the camp, was a true fine dining experience every night was something new and exciting. By the end of your stay will feel like you can’t eat another thing.
You are spoilt at Beho Beho and nothing is too much to ask, the staff are friendly, polite and fun. We don’t have enough words to explain how truly grateful we are to have had this experience with Beho Beho. Our memories will last a life time and this was the best honeymoon we could have asked for."

"Great Honeymoon Hotel "

"Amazing Hotel located in the north of the island. Each hotel room is surrounded by amazing plantation which means they are all very private and not overlooked by anyone. The rooms interior is very luxurious with an amazing outdoor shower. The beach front is incredible especially at sunset with the perfect view, they have a regular DJ playing and great cocktails, its the perfect way to end the day. The Staff are so welcoming and friendly and will always go above and beyond to make sure everything is OK with your stay. The food at all restaurants were great, with lots of variation and cuisines you are never short of something amazing to eat. Perfect way to end our honeymoon and would highly recommend to anyone on the same sort of trip."
