Holiday of a lifetime!
Zambia between 15 Oct 2008 and 27 Oct 2008
"Cannot thank you enough for organising such an amazing holiday for us - it surpassed our expectations in so many ways. We were looked after so well and yet still managed to feel like we were getting the real safari experience.
So many incredible memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you. Thank you. We are recommending you to all our friends!

"Loved the setting - beautiful view of the river from our lodge. Simon (camp manager and guide) was an absolutely wonderful guide. Really enthusiastic and so knowledgeable about all the wildlife - all enhanced by a great sense of humour.
Puku and baboons wandered leisurely about camp. Also, whilst we were there a group of elephants paid a visit to the water hole adjacent to the bar. We spent a lovely time watching them and taking photos.
Did our first walking safari with Sebastian, Boston and Jonathon. It was a fantastic experience as it gives you a whole new perspective on things. You see and hear so much more than you can in the jeeps. Again, sad to leave Nsefu but excited about moving onto Tena Tena."

"Fantastic, friendly staff. Great food. Hospitality and service amazing. Jason (guide) was amazing, knew so much and led us on a walk to a dead giraffe we had been observing - and two lionesses! Unbelievable experience. We felt safe the whole time as he really inspired confidence.
Baboons and Puku in camp again - and even a baboon paying a quick visit to our shower at one point!
Brilliant day and night drives, wonderful fellow guests. Felt like we were leaving true friends when we left. The sights, the sounds, (the smells! - in-joke) will stay with us forever."

"More excellent hospitality and service. Forbes, our personal valet, was almost clairvoyant in his anticipations of our needs! Fantastic location. Had a hippo munching the grass right outside our room on our last night. The chef surpassed expectations in meeting my special dietary needs - just couldn't eat it all, there was so much!!
Caught Tiger Fish on fishing trip, canoed down the Zambezi amongst the hippos, visited Victoria Falls and swam in the 'Devil's Pool'. The staff made us feel like we were the only ones there, they were so attentive. A really relaxing and romantic end to our African adventure."

On arrival at our first camp, Nkwali, we were welcomed like old friends and therefore settled in very easily. It seemed they couldn't do enough to make sure we were OK. Aware of my special diet, they still took the time to regularly check that everything they gave me was OK. I was impressed by their attention to detail.
We loved the accommodation (and the wake-up call of African drumming each morning!) On our very first night drive we came across a leopard and her cub - and then again on our second night! This was setting a precedent! The day drives were fantastic too with very knowledgeable, friendly guides. We were sad to have to leave but looked forward to Nsefu."
