Aug 2017 trip to Kenya
Kenya between 6 Aug 2017 and 13 Aug 2017
"Overall - fantastic trip. We loved Kenya in general, and the particular places we went.
Logistically everything went absolutely smoothly - couldn't have asked for better."

Ol Kinyei Adventure Camp (Not currently featured by Expert Africa)
"Fantastic wildlife experiences at Ol Kinyei"
3 nights
Arrived

"The wildlife we saw while at Ol Kinyei was truly spectacular - too much to list, but suffice to say even for us reasonably experienced safari-goers, we were blown away. The highlight was two night drives, both times finding ourselves in the middle of a pride of lions on the hunt!
The camp was beautifully situated and comfortable, the staff friendly and service great.
Would be good if there was some way the tent area could be configured to give a bit more privacy to the individual tents."

Even though the owners were away while we were there, the service and hospitality were perfect. Birdlife was abundant, and it was interesting to encounter some different animals that you don't see further south (like gerenuk, Grevy's zebra and vulterine guinea fowl).
We even managed to get in our daily run, using the 1km track around the main farmhouse - not something you expect while on safari! This is a place we would love to go back to..."
