"Zambia and the South Luangwa exceeded our expectations. This has been our favourite family holiday (agreed by all 4 of us!)
The two camps we stayed in, Lion Camp, and Chinzombo, were both fantastic.
We enjoyed the remoteness of Lion Camp and the scenery in that area of the park. It was nice to stay in two different locations within the South Luangwa. Chinzombo is a luxury camp, but so too is Lion Camp, which has recently been refurbished."

"Lion Camp is a fantastic place to stay in the South Luangwa. The scenery near the lodge and the remoteness are a real bonus.
Wayne and Vicky are doing an absolutely first class job of running this lodge. Lion Camp pays attention to detail - the Boma dinner was a lovely experience.
The game drives were wonderful - we had Thomas, assisted by Max. We had our own vehicle for our family of four. Thomas selected some amazing places for sundowners!"

"Chinzombo is in a really beautiful location on the bend of the Luangwa river. You can see hippos from your bedroom deck.
The rooms are fabulous - massive, with large decks and their own plunge pools.
The game drives were very good with Phillip, in our own private vehicle for a family of four.
The staff were very friendly and on our second night we were the only guests in camp, so it felt like our own private lodge."

We just stayed one night - the bar/lounge areas and the restaurant were very nice indeed.
The bedrooms were also very nice.
Overall, we would have happily spent more time here and would return."
