"Colonial style lodge, choice of rooms well furnished and maintained. Lovely terrace both front and back, pleasant grounds. Good breakfast, plentiful tea and coffee for visitors all of whom were made welcome. Most other guests were regular business people. Within walking distance Borrowdale village.

Swimming pool in course of being rebuiilt, should be in action by Christmas.

Lodge arranged enjoyable visit to Botanic Gardens with their driver. Real good find, our local family were very impressed.

"Relies heavily in its history and character. Ideally situated for a short visit to Bulawayo.

Our transfer/courtesy driver looked after us extremely well throughout the stay which enabled us to visit St Johns Cathedral, the Railway Museum (a must for children of all ages) and the very well presented Natural History Museum.

We were recommended not to take any street photographs which was a shame."

"Typical lodge, rooms with a good view of the water hole as well as an excellent hide.

Again the guide Steven was first class particularly in tracking. His knowledge of the birds and animals of the area was exemplary. We had an enjoyable trip to Hwange National Park adn well as to see the Painted Dogs.

However our view of the family of seven female lions and the magic moment of seeing appromimately 120 elephants arrived at Ivory Lodge water hole was magical. Thank you Steven."

"An excellent modern lodge with views of Victoria Falls Spray.

Our lovely room and verandah gave us every opportunity to chill out following a very trip. Victoria Falls was looking magnificent as ever and the rain forest was just coming into bloom with flowers."
