My Oct 2008 trip
Tanzania between 2 Oct 2008 and 14 Oct 2008
It was very interesting going from Dar to Ras Katani by mini bus especially waiting for the overloaded ferry at the fish market!
We noticed a much more relaxed attitude to clothing at the camps compared with the more strict neutral colour requirements in Zambia when on activities.
Suggestions for improvement:
Sorry no, because we have enjoyed all our trips with you immensely."

Lake Manze Adventure Camp

Impala Camp
"Selous Impala Camp review"
All the activities were well run, but individual tables for meals made it a bit more formal than Lake Manze, but it meant you had more personal attention!
Everyone was particularly kind as they were aware of Margaret's accident the previous year and we had a special starlight dinner thanks to Tessa Zanacchi."

Sand Rivers Camp
"Sand Rivers Camp review"
Lack of hot water was a bit annoying at what is supposed to be a luxury camp. Shortage of game on the drives meant travelling a long way to see animals, but the birds were plentiful around nearby lakes.
The river trips were very interesting as was the one walk which we had and the guides were very professional."

Ras Kutani, Tanzania (this camp has since closed)
"Ras Kutani review"
Addition good service was their offer, accepted, to check us in on line for our return BA flight."

Tent location was excellent with good views and plenty of wildlife and a good introduction to Tanzania.
We also liked the communal dinner table."
