My Dec 2015 trip
Tanzania between 27 Dec 2015 and 1 Jan 2016
"It was fantastic!
From our initial discussion on options to the final bookings, EA were excellent, providing expert insight into what each camp could offer and tie that in with our wishes.
The Kwihala camp was perfect for what we wanted, extremely comfortable, great food and run by a very good team. The safari in Ruaha was just what we wanted, remote and quiet with good and varied wildlife, but without being overrun and therefore ambivalent/bored of such amazing creatures."

"We only stayed at the hotel for one night, (New Years Eve), but as expected from such an international hotel, the room was very pleasant, large and good facilities. The hotel, has a great spot out on the waterfront and the roof top pool (which is on the roof of the 2nd floor podium) is great and the roof top bar (on top of the building) is great for an evening drink with views over the bay.
Wort noting the breakfast is very good."

The food was also fantastic - surpassing our expectations given how remote the camp is. The food is typically not fussy but of great quality. I would describe it as fresh rustic cooking which is just what we wanted. Everything from the wake up coffee to the tents and breakfasts is so fresh and tasty that we never felt hunger during our stay. The communal dinners are very fun (including Robert or Ibrahim's fantastic menu announcements) and are a great end to the day.
The tents are extremely comfortable and they team go to great lengths to ensure you have all that you need with great facilities both in the tent and in the main mess tent, which is very relaxing place to go and spend some time.
Overall a fantastic camp with an exceptional team."
