"A beautiful stay - we were treated like royalty. Breakfast was lovely as was the dinner in the outdoor restaurant; also tea, sitting on the veranda. Would have liked more feedback on best time of day to visit the Falls (ended up going when was much too hot). Also would help to have guidelines on tipping"

"One of the highlights of the trip.The location, animal viewing, accommodations, and especially the people and our safari guide. Really cannot say a negative thing about this. Would gladly return. An elegant and deeply touching experience of Africa."

"With regard to facilities, Chitabe was a bit of a disappointment in relation to Little Vimbura. The tents were not as private (tho' outside shower was nice), and the placement of the tents made the heat almost unbearable in the afternoon. A ceiling fan would have helped a lot in this regard. The staff were generally nice, but nowhere near the personal quality at Little Vumbura.
We also did not care for our guide, who was almost indifferent to us. The food was O.K./good and liked where we ate (both outside and in very nice dining area). Connie - "the chief of staff" - was terrific, tho' she seemed to be doing too much herself.
That being said, the animal viewing was OVER THE TOP, and for that reason would recommend Chitabe and or the area to anyone and everyone."

"Selinda was a totally different experience again. Beautiful site, common areas and tents.Lovely staff. Felt more remote than the other camps and in some ways more authentically African. The viewing was very different from Chitabe - far fewer animals, but what we saw was special and memorable (animals bathing, lion cubs feeding on a carcass, the results of a fight between an existing pride of lionesses and an "intruder" lion, etc.
Also, by the time we got to Selinda, was very hot (though tents situated in way that we could make ourselves comfortable.
Would also go back to this camp."

"The experience at Chobe game Lodge was a bit of a disappointment, after being at the Private Concessions. The Lodge was nice enough, the staff very accommodating, food good and the location lovely. This was the best place for viewing hippos. The guide on our drives did not seem as personal, pro-active or knowledgeable as in the Concessions."
