One thing that would have been better; when you arrive in Lusaka, you are tired and disorientated and you have to find your way to Proflight (next door terminal). We did find it and it was straightforward but I think advice about this would have been good so you knew exactly what to do. This was our first experience of the arrangements made by ExpertAfrica and we felt a bit lost. If it is not possible for someone to welcome you and then guide you to Proflight, then really detailed information would be good. Eg come out of international arrivals, go right through doors next to etc.etc."
Feedback response
We had arranged for a meet and greet service for these travellers through Chinzombo - the first place in their itinerary. This should have escorted them through Lusaka's customs and arrivals and help them locate Proflight. On investigation, Chinzombo failed to book the meet and greet and send their sincerest apologies for missing this and for any inconvenience caused.

"Stunning setting"
You are allocated a particular driver and a particular waiter which is clever because they are your 'go-to' people for everything and this system works very well."
The one niggle I had: we were given a free foot massage to lure us into using their spa facilities. I had a massage but the price was too high (US$140.00 for an hour). I understand (ish) why you pay this sort of money in places like London and Dubai but in Zambia when they do the massage on your deck (ie not in a spa which they have had to build and maintain), the price is too high. I should have wriggled out of it when I realised this but it was too late."
