"Comfortable rooms in a quiet corner of Windhoek. Good service for breakfast and we liked the fact that we were driven to and from the restaurant we visited on the final night of our stay.

When we arrived about on Sunday, we were disappointed to discover that the restaurant was closed so no food was available. It would have been helpful to have known about that in advance."

"Very luxurious lodge with excellent service all round. Fantastic location and high quality food. Really liked the evening entertainment provided by the floodlit area around the watering hole attracting visitors whilst dining and when our guide took us scorpion hunting before dinner, equipped with UV light.

The dunes were obviously the reason we were there and our activities there did not disappoint."

"Another great camp in a brilliant location with spectacular landscapes. Very comfortable - loved the hot water bottles for cold early mornings and evenings out driving as well as for bed warmers.

The rhino tracking was amazing - the briefing before we went was iinstructive and the work being done with the RCT is impressive. We also really enjoyed seeing both desert lions and elephants.

Food was excellent and our evening at the camp fire in the desert was a highlight."

"What a very different experience from anything else we have done in Southern Africa before, but an amazing few days amidst an extraordinary project to create a reserve as it would have been before it had been farmed.

Bruno's knowledge is second to none - breakfast, lunch and dinner time was a feast of simple but delicious food as well as an opportunity to hear more of the story of Mundulea, as well as understanding so much more about conservation, poaching and other subjects relevant to Namibia and it's neighbours.

Not for the faint hearted given all the walking in the bush and essential to take good walking shoes or boots, but so rewarding for the effort that goes in,"
